My 'slaw' is slighly different-it is a yogurt based one. I use 1/4 cup plain yogurt and 1/4 t dried dill, and omit the vinegar, olive oil and sugar. 1 cucumber, peeled
1 medium sized carrot, coarsely shredded
2 red radishes, coarsely shredded
1/4 t ground black pepper
1/8 t salt
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 t dried dill

Bonny, yours sounds equally good. More like a Tzatziki. Will have to give it a try.
