Yesterday I talked with Heather from Playa.info. I explained them about the changes we made in the hotel and what we still want do. By using this forum I would like to let people know that if you have any questions we will be more then willing to answer them. Also if you have questions that are not concerning the hotel but about Playa del Carmen in general.

We not only heard good things from Playinfo.com but had friends from Canada as well as our Israeli friend who lives in Playa tell us about Fusion.

We confirmed plans just hours ago to stay with you in late May!

Good to hear of all the changes. We are booked in the ocean front room,top floor, for September. Can't wait to see the place and be back in Playa.

I think it's great that the businesses reflected on the Playa.info PDC card and Playa.Info Directory check in from time to time!

Your hotel looks wonderful! Unfortunately for my upcoming trip we have rented a condo, but my partner & I will definitely look forward to checking out your restaurant. Can you tell me, do you rent out sun loungers/umbrellas to non guests? Thanks!

Hola Scout,
We do rent beds to non guests when it is low season. We just want that our guest have the service of using a lounge chair. The best thing is just to check with the waiter that is working on the beach at that time.

My wife and I just stayed with you guys two weeks ago and we could not have been happier. I know there are plenty of fabulous hotels in Playa del Carmen, but you have believers and long-time guests in us. I know our check out day was a little interesting, but mutual trust made it work just fine. Thank you for a wonderful trip and we will see you guys next year.
