Occidental Flamenco Xcaret Resort

Have reservations the first week in February. Am concerned about some of the reviews that I have read about this resort. Lots of negative statements on just about everything. Would appreciate some input from anyone who has stayed there. have stayed in Plyacar a cpl time at the gale Iberostar how dose it compare? Thanks in advance Mason
