Depending if the perfume is oil or alcohol based (look on the ingredients--if there is any ingredient in the first 3 ingredients with the suffix "ol" it is alcohol based.) If it is oil based (like those essences like strawberry, sandlewood, etc..)-mix about 1-2 drops with one drop of cooking oil (not scented or flavored cooking oil) and beat it into about 3 or 4 tablespoons of your shampoo with a whisk, or stir it really well. If it is alcohol based, note that it will not last as long as the oil and you will need to experiment a little more with adding just the 'right' amount to the shampoo.
Don't add too much oil-your shampoo may not be able to compensate for it. If your shampoo dissolves in the oil and washes away the fragrance, you may want to add it to the conditioner that you use instead.
