Dont forget to write a nice letter to the local school board or Principal to tell them what a great job he did. A nice little something for his personnel file may result in a raise !!! Recognition goes a long way !!!!

Be sure to cc: the teacher as well. I was looking for something in my file several years back and was surprised to see some similar types of correspondence that none of the administrative staff bothered to forward to me. They must feel self-concept is overrated.
