Fat Cat Guacamole Recipe

I'm not a huge fan of guacamole, I like it but not lovin' it. Wellllll, when we went on the Fat Cat, had their guacamole & WOW!!! it's amazing, I'm now a huge fan of THAT guacamole. Anyone happen to know the recipe? Sure would appreciate it. Having a bday party for hubby this weekend & would love to make it. Thanks

it's traditional Mexican guac. avocados, tomatoes, onion, lime juice, add a bit of chopped green pepper (serrano works well) and garlic if you choose. salt to taste.

Hard to beat good Guac! Cograts on finding some that you love. My wife and I could eat our weight in it.

I never liked guacamole until I tried the real stuff in Mexico- so tasty! I like it with lots of garlic and peppers and lime juice, mmm.

I ate more guac on our last trip than I have in my entire life. I could eat it with a spoon!!! I don't need no schtinkin' chips!!

My first attempt at guac prep was rather scary....... I used salsa to mix with the avocadoes rather than chopping up fresh stuff. Wrrrrrrong thing to do. What do you get when you mix red and green? Brown. It ended up looking like greenish chunky peanut butter. Thankfully it was only David and me, so we ate it anyway!!

My next attempt at guacamole stardom will be all fresh stuff ferr sherrrr.

Same for me, both in one weekend. *sigh*

The FAT CAT guac comes from the restaurant called Bip Bip on the corner of Constituteyentes and 5th. Great rest., great breakfast, great guac.
