I bought the land, now how do I build?
I recently bought a piece of land (because I love Playa) and want to build a few units and keep one for myself. I have a problem locating good architects and honest builders. There does not seem to be a professional yellow pages or a forum where folks can post good or bad experiences with different builders or architects.
Has anyone found a good system for locating architects who know there way around the Playaq building code?
Also, does anyone have any ideas about how to get a comfort level on competence and honesty?
It is not easy trying to build in Playa when you can not be there more than sporadically, and I can use all the help I can get. Thanks!
