Michael is correct that the pier at GPR is still there. But I think you asked if the ferry still runs there. There's a pier, but that is not where you take the ferry to Cozumel. The big joke is that the GPR pier was built, and almost never used for anything, so it's just an eyesore. Promises to take it down have been around for years.

You still have to take the ferry from further south. Don't worry, it's not hard to find!
