Thanks for the update, and yes it is very exciting! Knowing my luck the only condos I'll be able to get with be an hour south or an hour inland by the time we can get one 4-5 years from now.

Will you be managing the condos for rentals when the owners are away, that is one thing we wanted to do to help cover the maintenance costs of the condo.

4 or 5 years from now, you may want to be further south anyway.

NO......I mean, no. But we will have established a list of reputable property management companies for people to reference. Many people rent out their condos on a weekly or even monthly basis to offset their expenses.

Progress photos

Just thought I would post some photos of the recent progress down in Puerto Aventuras. As you can see things are moving right along. We expect to have the grey work completed in a few weeks.

My cousin and I will be in PA sometime during our trip in October, we'll stop in and ahve a look at the project.

Working on bumping condo purchase to April-June 2007, another excuse to come to the Carribean!

While I hope to be well sold out by then, if you get in touch with us before you come down, we would be happy to help you find something. There are a lot of great projects going up. (not as great as ours, natch)

Hi all! I just realized I never posted the most recent set of pictures from the Marina Turquesa job site. We have had some delays but are moving along well. I have it all posted on my blog "Life's a Beach".
We are coming to the end and looking forward to the next one!!
