Purchased my playa card online today......
will I get a confirmation in the email....and where do I pick it up at?????

Yep. You will.
You'll probably pick it up at Posada Freud, but that will be in the e-mail, too (plus how to get there).

They are kept in an opake plastic accordion file that is the size of a number 10 envelope. I say this because when we went with some friends to pick theirs up the guy that was in the office couldn't find it and we had to point out where it was.

I think Carlos was away for a short period of time and his back up just didn't know. He was going to have us come back when Carlos returned but I spied it on top of the wooden cabinet in the office.
