Are these people for real?

Saw this on another forum and before I make a comment I want to know if these folks are for real.

I've been looking at these stories for a while now.
Similar to, or a form of the Morgellon's Disease of old...
KENS Channel 5 in Texas was my first exposure to it.

Yeuch!

No wonder the Texas girls are here in Playa so often, its to avoid getting spaghetti fibres comming out of their chests..... Or sweating tar? Yeuch..Yeuch...Yeuch....

That's disgusting!!!! I've never heard of it. BTW there was a high school kid here in Humble that got bit by a rabid bat last week, he died last night, very sad.

I heard about that...it flew into his open bedroom window and he thought it just brushed against him (I guess a bat bite does not hurt).
How creepy !!
It made me think of those bats we saw in that cave that we went snorkeling in while we were in Mexico !!!! (shiver) !!!!

It's very rare that someone actually succumbs to rabies! Makes we think everytime my dogs are in the backyard but they are vaccinated against rabies.
