Weather and other typical FAQs

Just a suggestion...

Too many times I see frustrated people asking the same questions over and over again.

The search for 'weather' results in more comments about using the search function than where they can find this information.

Maybe under 'Trip Planning' put a link that contains general year-around temps, rainfall averages, etc (and the rain/hurricane/can't guarantee sun disclaimer) or even a F.A.Q. section that could house all common F.A.Q.s?

Then there is a page that our helpful peeps can direct them to...

FAQs and weather info already exist on the site. That info is found in the "read more" tab. So you could just guide them there.

I will, thanks Denise!

But maybe...it should go in Trip Planning too? That is where I would go if I was looking for that kind of info.

I agree... have also thought "read more" was an odd title and might be part of the reason why people often overlook it... though am at a loss for what short title might have a better impact.

Well, even though the format isn't really questions and answers, maybe FAQ would get more people to click that tab and find the answers they are looking for.
