Hi everyone! I'm excited to have found this forum. I really want to enjoy as much as possible here in Quintana Roo during the year(s) that I and my family are living here. We are from Sacramento, CA and we love just about everything that Mexico offers.
Would like to get together with others who are interested in doing diving trips, salsa dancing lessons, as well as other outings.
Look forward to getting connected with others. Adjusting has been more difficult then I thought, but I think that I'm beginning to acclamate. Glad you are all here! What a great asset to our community.

Welcome to the Forum. I take it you are the people that opened the gourmet hot dog establishment on 10th ave. We will be down to PDC in Sept. and will definitely be a customer. We're going to Cancun in a week but don't know if we'll take a day trip to Playa or not. Anyway good luck with your business venture!!

How fun this forum is!!! I just read your wonderful, welcoming replies and want to thank you for it surely put a smile on my face. It has taken me until now to read the posts. I didn't know they were there!
Yes, I am the one with the new hot dog restaurant. If you come by please let my husband Mike or me know that you are from this forum. Thanks for everyone who has given us such support by mentioning us on this forum.
Thanks again for responding to my thread. I'm hoping that soon I'll get together with some of you out there and go salsa dancing, or one of the other wonderful activities that living here in Mexico offers. Currently I am ready to drop once the early evening arrives. I'll post once I get adjusted to all the new changes there have been for me since moving to Mexico. (PS- We live in Playa Car).

We're headed for Cancun tommorrow and will make a daytrip to Playa during the week we are there. We'll stop by and have a dog and introduce ourselves. We really envy you moving to paradise.

I've heard great things about your dogs

I'll be in Playa at the end of July with my sis and even though I don't usually eat beef or pork I think I could make an exception for one of those dogs with 'craut...yummmmm.y
We've already been talking about going salsa dancing so get your dancin shoes ready!
