Hi there....

well I am a member since like two years i think and to be honest I havent posted that much yet

...well, I started with english early, but i still make some really embarrassing spelling mistakes, esp. when i type fast...hahah ok ok ...I am looking for excuses...maybe I was just lazy....well to make it short, in 2 weeks I am going to Playa again...not on vacation this time, I finally move there...yeah

Thanks a lot everybody!!!!

You should all see me, drawning under all this clothes, and I did still not decide which of them I take with me.....and yeah I am really packing two weaks before I leave. what else could I do...everything is done...I only need to pack my bags....(thanks to british airways they allow me to take 139lbs with me!!!!!!!!!!!!)

does anyone have advices what to do the next two weeks besides getting insane cause I cant wait?!?!

Sure, you can plan on coming to the July 5th Playa Peep Meet at the Tequila Barrel at 8pm. I'm sure we will all be happy to toast your new life in Playa. Last I heard, Aisha was going to come along, and she is also a soon to be new Playa resident.

Hey Karina, wenn Du im März noch da bist, sollten wir mal eine Margarita zusammen trinken!

Kann sein, daß ich schon früher nach Playa komme, aber derzeit ist bei mir gar nichts sicher und ich kann auch für den Rest des Jahres erstmal keine Pläne mehr machen. März ist aber geplant und ich hoffe, das auch machen zu können. Bin dann bei 'Peepstock' dabei.

Viel Glück beim großen Umzug und viel Spaß hinterher!

My advice on clothes: don't bring anything you think 'might be good to have'. Just basic tank tops, shorts etc. You'll go through a lot of basic clothes here - things get ruined in the wash (and you have to wash them a lot), get stained etc. A couple of sweaters, a couple of long pants, but not much warm clothes. Chances are you'll have to move a few times and remember that most houses/appartments have very little storage space.

Anna, seems like I am already in trouble then....OMG i didnt know how many clothes i have..... I always kept my really nice summer clothes for good, and at a point i must have lost the view over it

I already know that I will bring definetly too much and that I will end up in putting some stuff only in the closet and will never see them again...
with most of the stuff its like you already said...i think it "would be good to have"....
ok, you convinced me...some of them really have to stay here.....

*sigh*.....cant wait , cant wait

..... although i start working less than 12 hours after my arrival....after a 24 hours trip

Yes I am coming, but unfortunately I won't be living there. I'll only be there for three months. I know I'm not going to want to leave when the time comes though.

Viel Glueck beim grossen Umzug und vielleicht treffen wir uns am 25/06/06 beim Beer Bucket! Es gibt nicht viele Gelegenheiten fuer mich hier in Oklahoma Deutsch to sprechen (bin in der Schweiz aufgewachsen).
