Name of resort by new pier in Playa?

Last year we stayed at the Gran Porto Real and they were building a new resort directly across the street. This would be right next to the new pier they're building.
Does anyone know the name of that new resort? And do you know if it's open yet?

I believe that it is part of GPR.

Gran Porto Real is on the south side of the pier and Royal Port Real is on the north side.
