I have been by Kabuki and Deli Fish many times and never found either one to be busy enough for me to eat their sushi. If I eat sushi (which I love), I want the fish to be extremely fresh - when I see very little turn over, I usually go to a place that is busier and the sushi (fish) is not in the case for days on end. I own restaurants and tend to err on the side of caution.
