This board is getting some people a little too Huffington at their posts !! I know we all have commondreams of living in a beautiful democratic underground together. I just want the truthout in my daily , kos I know my mother Jones will come after you with her counterpunch ! The village voice will be heard all over air america or we will have to all moveon.

Did I leave out anything???

Seriously, that might be the hardest question. How do you wrong a right (if we were wrong)? I guess you give them better accomodations in the mean time, allow them to have visitation...maybe even "parole" a couple until their trial etc....? Better get some extra money to help with the public defenders, judges, clerks, prosecutors, logistics of court.

Conjugal visits maybe ? j/k !!!

They do deserve some sort of hearing but I dont see how we could give them fair trials (and I think they do deserve them) even if we wanted to...seems like it would be hard to gather witnesses or the evidence. ..and it would cost way to much (and do we really want to keep them in our prision system if they are guilty ????)

Maybe use them as trades for other prisioners ???

Dont know what the answer is.
