Where are the photographers?

Ok. I did my homework and read all the posts I could find on this subject and I have struck out so I'm throwing myself on the mercy of you kind people..... I'm looking for a photographer for a June wedding in PDC. I've already checked out Martha Roque and Milissa Marcelin. I contacted several hotels but they all seem to want to sell me a wedding package that I'm not looking to buy. I even contacted dive shops in the hopes of a referal to a local photographer. I found an underwater photographer in Cozumel named Armando Alentado who also does weddings but who doesn't have any photos online so I can't see his work. For different reasons, these are not the photographers for me. So my search continues. If anyone can point me towards photographers in the area or has any other ideas, I'm open. Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Much thanks.

Fly me down, I'd be happy to document your wedding and festivities!

Maybe if you could describe what exactly it is that you are looking for in a photographer, people could make better reccomendations. Is there a particular style that you are looking for that Milissa and Martha cannot do? I am going to use Martha for my wedding and she has been wonderful to work with so far and comes highly reccomended.

mboss - Thanks for the offer but if I could fly someone down, I'd have this problem wrapped up.

nicole - Good suggestion. Martha and Milissa do very nice work and I have heard nothing but good things about both of them. But we are looking for a looser, more photojournalistic style of photography. My fiance is a photographer himself so he's a pretty discerning customer. Unfortunately, no photographer friends of ours will be able to make the wedding, otherwise they would be on camera duty!
