I cannot believe her doctor let her go back to work at 8 hours per day! I had major spine surgery in April, and when my doctor let me go back to work it was only for 4 hours per day the first week, then 6 hours per day the second week, and then 8 hours per day. After the first day of 4 hours, I was in tears, and in horrible pain when I got home. I would go home, and go to bed as soon as I got home. I certainly know how she feels, and wish her the best of luck.

Glad to hear that Pat is back at work....
You are such a nice husband Craig.....remember just because she is back at work doesn't mean you don't have to wear the nurses outfit anymore... ![]() Good luck Pat...

It will take a while for her to get her energy level back up,,,,in the meantime, she would probably appreciate not shopping for groceries or cooking, doing the laundry, etc. Just let her get some rest and if she can stand things not getting done around the house, the better. I have let alot of stuff not get done and once in a while I just hire a housecleaner,,, it's worth it, Hell just limping wears you out.
