Well said Rita, thanks. She is doing a few things at a time, although I offer to do stuff all the time, she still does it. She is very stubborn about not givng in to the pain, but I still keep on her about taking it slow. So far work has been a challenge for her, she gets home and is in quite a lot of pain. I think that if she doesnt see improvement in a few weeks, she'll go back on medical leave, which will be hard for her to do, she is a very proud, stubborn person...part of why I love her so much.

The last thing she need is a relapse. And trying to bare the pain without the meds is hard to do at work since they make you sleepy. And still..no heavy lifting, that's my big problem...I still want to lift things and then pay for it later. But i do love using those wheelchair carts at the store....may be a hard habit to break later on.

Exactly, but she is a very stubborn person. It's not that I dont remind her, in fact we have a quite a few arguments about it. But she is stubborn, althoigh I think this time she realizes that there may be nothing else surgically that can be done for her if this last one fails. We'll see......
