RivieraMayaAR (Jim): EriArtz (Ericka); and Ericka’s boyfriend, Tony. Have to make mention that Ericka and Tony lugged a HUGE duffel bag to Playa which was filled to the brim with a TON of medical supplies (I believe Ericka is an EMT) and topped off with four backpacks and school supplies crammed in every conceivable square inch of that bag. I think my poor David is now an inch shorter just from lugging that bag to the taxi at the end of the evening!! THANKS SO MUCH, Ericka and Tony!!


Doggums (Dean); Ali, a pal of Michele and Rob’s; Michele; and Mrs. Doggums (Jodie) This crew was chatting up a storm that evening and were still going at it when David and I left at midnight!

Denisemc (Denise – who was such a good “Nerak helper” that evening, as she herded the Peep Meeters over to the clipboard to sign in and get a name tag whilst I was off chatting and drinking and licking Stewart’s face); and the lovely Margarita Breeze (Carmen).


Gabriel from the Tequila Barrel. She was happy to get a name tag (but it didn’t get HER 20% off HER bill, did it!!), but apparently not real keen on my making her pose for a photo. Whatever…… Gotta say the waitstaff at the TB did a good job taking care of us that night.

Peanut was nice enough to bring his family to another Peep Meet! (Andy and Jen) Also pictured are Tony, Ericka, and Denise. Found out Peanut wasn’t wearing his recently-acquired Nerak bracelet/necklace, as he had decided during the week that it made a fine chew toy!

Yep. Erick and Tony again. But David was in the original photo. David was showing how his camera’s viewfinder spins around and can do a self-photo, but alas, the shot of David wasn’t so keen. I was gonna lie and say I took this from flat on my back on the floor after licking Stewart’s face, but I figured no one would believe that.

I'm sorry my sis and I didn't make it by. We got off the bus, hung a right off 5th and hauled our bags straight down to the beach and drank...till way past dark Food was mandatory at that point.

Wreckedem? (prounounced rectum) - we nearly killed 'em. If you ever have a chance to spend 11 days in playa and can do 2/3 of it with michele and rob - DO IT! More fun has never been had. Best hosts/guides in the world - quick story. We're sitting at la fe on the north end of fifth on our 2nd day in having our obligatory 5 vodka sodas and Jody looks up and says "I think someone is waving at us" (from a vehicle driving west on 26th). I proceed to tell her she's nuts, we don't know anyone here. I turn around - and say "dammit - I think that might be Michele and Rob" - haven't seen them for 2 years since meeting up with them and local8 and the mrs. (adam and jen) through this board - and two years later they pick us out as they drive by a cross street on 5th - damn stalkers! I saunter over and invite them to sit down for a drink, the rest is hazy drunken history - great 11 days - need 1/3 off for non-rob days though.

Thanks to the gym - I hope I look better than that now, some anyway.

And no worries about me wearing that top again. Got one use out of it and now it's too big for me.
