Spatzel, which I know I am spelling it wrong, are little noodles often served with some sort of sauce, they are yummy. Visited your site and all of your pics are fabulous, my you have certainly traveled lots, look forward to meeting you.

Joni, now I know It's Spaetzle. Will have a look whether I can bring you some as I am not sure it is allowed to bring them to Mex. Still, the homemade ones will probably MUCH better...

Home made is good if you know how to make them. Do you know what knoodle are? They are yummy too.
What will your holloween costume be, how will we know you? Don't they celebrate halloween on November 1 in Mexico, day of the dead? Woohoo, we are going to have fun, can't wait.

Joni, this time it's knoedel. I will try to find recipes for you. Will take a few days, going to Switzerland today will be back tomorrow. Not sure what we will wear for Halloween but rest assure you will find me.

You know the spaetzle is pretty good at Manne's biergarten!
