Welcome! We have family up in that area . . . Sulphur Springs actually. Still hot as can be up that way? When we were up there in July, it got up to 106 and felt like 120! When are you going to Playa?

I've never heard of that area. Yes, still hot. In the triple digits. Luckily I sit in an ice cream store all day/night. We're thinking early Dec.

Sulphur Springs is about 55-60 miles east of Rockwall on I-30. Gosh, my kids would love it if I had a job like yours - they go to work with me and an ice cream shop would be right up their alley!! We are leaving next week for Playa and are already *planning* our next trip down! Hope you're able to work out going in December!!
