Horseback Riding in Playa

Hello All! Only a week to go and i'm in Playa for my first time!!!!

So, I have always dreamed of being able to go horseback riding on the beach. Does anyone know if this is possible in Playa? What company would i contact to make a reservation?

Tres Rios is closed as they do major renovations, and isn't expected to reopen until summer 2007.

My daughter has been riding at Rancho Loma Bonita for the past few years (I think she & my husband have ridden there 4 times). This past year they rode somewhere else (Paradise in the name??) and were VERY disappointed. Unfortunately, the Bahia Principe contracts with this ranch and they were stuck going there. I will check before we go to Grand Sirenis next year and check who they "contract" with.... We will arrange our trip before we leave to ride at Rancho Loma Bonita if we have to.

My daughter is an experienced rider, and is very happy with the quality of the ride and the horses at Rancho Loma Bonita. She chooses to ride here over swimming with the dolphins again for her yearly or bi-yearly tour choice while we are in the Riviera Maya.

I have seen a place advertized called Hacienda Andalucia for horseback riding. Anyone seen it or been there?
