Has anyone actually golfed the 9 hole course at PA? We plan on taking a look at that area in December for possible retirement consideration. It appears there is construction of housing and condos ON the golf course...anyone have any experience with those (other than what is on their splashy 'buy me' websites)? Found something that said yearly memberships are available at the golf course for those living there full time. Anyone have any idea what those memberships are currently going for?
Some condos near the marina are also adding storage areas for golf carts, etc. Is the marina area and the golf course so close together that one could live at the marina and still drive your golf cart to the course?
Maybe I should just check all this out in December but just thought I'd see what info is out there. I DID search and found old info that indicated the course was pretty 'primitive'...

the course is marginal at best. the entire area is small and congested enough that golf cart transportation is the easiest way to get from point a to b.
