Late night "Real" Mexican food
I can't seem to post a thread in Changarros y Mas where this belongs. Sorry. But, I do have a lot of info and most agree that great authentic Mexican food typically is found before 7:00pm. Are any open later? Not tourist places, but "REAL" Mexican places. Thanks.

El Fogón is open late, as is Doña Mary. El Fogón has several locations, my favorite is on 30th avenue between 32nd and 34th st. Doña Mary is on 30th avenue with, I think 28th street.
Also, real Mexican food can be found at Carboncitos, on 4th street just off 5th avenue. I think we all agree that they have the best "real" Mexican food in town. Don't know how late they are all open, though. |

A great spot that I've eaten at plenty of times was located on the corner of 15th ave and either 8th or 10th, but then it could have been 6th.... It was open at close to 4am in febuary... Stopped in for some really good tacos al pastor. It's certainly my new favortie late night spot.
