Aloha!! Off to Hawaii!!

We were sitting around the house last night after dinner, having a few drinks, I mentioned to Julie I feel kinda bad we didn't go anywhere this year with our girls on vacation. Work has been absolutely insane, been a rough summer. I mentioned maybe we should jump in the van, head out to a hot springs, maybe we'd prep the motorhome today, find a nice spot on a beach, with some sun, water..........

Then it dawns on me, LET'S JUST GO TO HAWAII!

Why not, the girls would love it, they're napping in full swim gear right now. Bathing suits, goggles, flippers, arm floatations, everything

So last night, I phone our travel agent at home, he bangs out some numbers, picked up the paperwork today. Julie is scrambling to get everything ready since we're going into the next town tonight, need to do some shopping. I have everything secure at work, all is good. My cell will be on the whole trip though, can't completely get away from that.

The ticket prices, much better than I though. We're leaving tomorrow, we'll be back on Thursday. Not very long but it will be great none the less.

I love trips like this, no preparation, just the drop of the hammer.
