Fish tacos

Is the fish/shrimp usually grilled or fried? Not very keen on fried foods and here they are fried... just wondering.

Most of the fish I have gotten in Taco's in Mexico are grilled, not too many places have a deep frier. I got some smoked ones in Cabo, very good!!!

Is this something like a pink taco??? A new restuarant out here almost didnt get its license because our mayor did'nt like the name......took me a while to figure out what it meant!
