Help Selecting AI for Group Vacation

I have researched Secrets Excellence, El Dorado Royale and Grand Palladium White Sands
We have a group of 10-15 couples that I am planing the trip for July 07'
I like the El Dorado, but it seems to quiet after dinner. The GPWS I like for the size and all the a la carte selections, but we really are going on the trip for adults only vacation. I like the SE for the service, non-limited / reservation a la cartes etc. but is there enough nightlife ? Things can get a little crazy with our group !
Give me some insight on everyones choice of which hotel and why !

I went last year with a large group - 20 adults - no kids. We stayed at the IB Quetzal and loved it. First, the location was excellent - close to town. Second, the layout of the hotel is great - everything is easy to get to. Third, pool bar - it's an adults only "grotto" type setting - we had a blast hanging out there in the afternoons. I know the Quetzal had a nightclub (Mascara maybe?), but we didn't make it over there as we partied in town a couple of nights.

My wife and I are going to El Dorado Seaside Suites in a week. We'll let you know if that will be a good fit for your plans.
