Hello from Washington DC

Hi Everyone,

I have been to play del carmen and cancun before but mostly via cruise ships. this is my first trip by land...I am going to azul beach hotel at playa karisma for a wedding over MLK weekend in january 2007. it is an all inclusive resort but a few of us want to venture out and do some other activities. I have posted a few questions about excursions on this site, so any info would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the site. We're going to do the Coba tour next week. Once the trip report is complete, you can see if it is something you would like to do.

Welcome!!! From one of your neighbors up the street in Baltimore. Glad to have you join us. I think you are really going to enjoy Playa without being tied to a gigantic piece of floating metal. Make sure you get out to 5th Ave one night and try to take in as many of the local sights as you can.
