Favre - Play him or Bench him????

I have Brett Favre as a Quarterback in Playa Bliss Fantasy Football ... lost me points last week. I love him dearly and think he's a legend but the question is.....is it time to retire????? Play him or Bench him????????

After practically begging him not to retire, the fans should give him the benefit of the doubt. I would bench the rest of the team, as they really suck.

Not all Favre's fault....needs a better supporting cast!

But I wouldn't play him in fantasy at all....

I often compare Favre to Ripken.....they both have a desire and will to play every day.....and until someone proves to Brett otherwise he is going to keep going.....I just hope he stops before he gets knocked out

Since I'm in the same league as you, I say play him. Otherwise, I'd say bench him

See I knew you all would help...well some of you anyway...the non-biased, non-league folks anyway. My years of being a fan says that I should play him but logic is telling me he (and Green Bay) are having some significant problems. Can't believe I'm letting Fantasy Football stress me ....

It's no secret that I think Favre should not only retire now, but should have last year. It is going to be some time before they have an O line strong enough to protect him and his receiving corps is not great right now.
Favre has a spot waiting for him in Camden. It's time for him to take it.

Hehehehe, join the crowd. When you starting rooting for a QB to have a season ending injury, or you don't want your team to score a touchdown because you want 3 points from your kicker, it's all wrong. Welcome to FF.

It's been a few years since Favre had real "Fantasy" value. Just because you are a good quarterback or good player, does not mean you are a good "Fantasy Football" player. Take Rothleisberger. Superbowl QB champ but mediocre Fantasy scores.
Like MikeW said "Welcome to Fantasy Football".

Sadly, that's how I won last year. That RB from KC had a career ending injury, allowing Larry Johnson (mine), to play more.

NFL Live had a spot on Favre and the Packers last night. They say (of course what do analysts know ) that they think by mid season Favre will be benched. Favre has had 2 or more interceptions in 6 of his last 8 games. They mentioned how bad the O line was, but then cited even when he wasn't pressured, he just isn't playing like the Favre of old.

He's back in my lineup...the Peeps have spoken
I promise not to bitch if he costs me points again this week...well I won't bitch a lot anyway. He's still a legend in my mind and I hope I don't ever have to get to the point where I feel sorry for him.....
