But I don't want to live to be 99. I better start smoking, now. The report also suggested that I lose 20 lbs. Like I needed some quiz to tell me that.

Did the test.

Crap!

Apparently, I should have shuffled off this mortal coil last Thursday.

Bye, all. Think kindly of me.

(Mrs B may need a little help with the wine cellar. Applications being accepted.)

See, that's the thing. No mention about what kind of quality of life to expect.

I should lose weight so I can live to be 132 instead of 102! (Genetics are my savior)
I'm thinking, why not split the difference and enjoy num-num every day? 90 would be fine with me ...

Mine says 98? Hmmm if I make it that long I won't know who I am or who my kids are anymore. Just think of all the new people I'd meet everyday!

Y'all are thinking about this all wrong! Everyone just keep doing mental exercises everyday and your brain can stay strong. My grandmother is 102, I am not kidding, and she still lives in her own house by herself. My aunt and/or uncle stop by to visit her 3 times a day. Up until last year, she still paid all her own bills, wrote her own checks and wrote a letter to my parents every two weeks. This last year has been tougher on her physically so she doesn't do as much writing. But she still plays Solitaire at the kitchen table every night, goes to church every Sunday and goes to have her hair "done" every other Friday.

Your right Char. The woman in my family seem to out live the men by a long shot. My great grandmother and her twin were 93 when they died, they had alztimer(sp) for many years before they past away. My grandmother is 78 and you would never be able to tell. She's constantly going to the doctor with a made up illness to get attention, all her friends seem to have something or another wrong with them.

Wow, I'm only going to make it to 73. Guess I don't need to save as much for retirement as I thought!

Oh, and apparently I need to gain 20 pounds to get up to my ideal weight.

Girl you know I have a small frame and it seems the lbs like to gather in one place on me. If the extra lbs would spread themselves out I wouldn't have a problem with the weight. But I have to admit stepping on the scale has got me out running 3miles a day 3-5 days a week.
