I lost you for awhile, but, I've found you again and I'm so glad I did. I've been having so much fun reading your "local of the month" sections..hilarious!
I have a question about the story on kibi, what does "chuffed" mean? Keep up the great work! Laura |

I found this definition on http://english2american.com/dictionary/c.html
chuff v. To chuff is to fart. Entirely seperate to the word chuffed so use with care. chuffed adj. Someone who describes themselves as being chuffed is generally happy with life. You can also get away with saying you are unchuffed or dischuffed if something gets your back up. Make sure you only use this word in the correct tense and familiarise yourself with the meaning of the word chuff too. I guess this is British slang, but I forget where I pick things up.
