Aldea Thai, and Palmar del sol

Hi, right now I am out of town, and I would like to ask, if anyone could make me a big favor and take pictures of the developments of aldea thai, which is on 28st and the beach, behind the tukan beach club, and the other one is palmar del sol, which is on 5th ave. right on the entrance to the hotel las palapas, this favor is because I am planning to buy a condo on either one of this developments, but I would love to see how advanced their constructions are.
Well thanks anyway.

Since last weekend it has been raining pretty much every day. On some days we had light (to medium) thunderstorms.

Make sure that you check out the cenote that "used to" run through the east end of Aldea Thai . Where did it go . I own two condos in Playa and my personal best advice is buy a unit when it is almost finished construction (or better yet, fully completed). I have purchased an already completed unit and the other was new construction - it took the builder 2 full years to complete the 4 units in the 2 towers . I am supposed to close on the new unit in several weeks when I return to Playa. By buying an already completed unit you know just about what you are getting and about to get into . With new construction (which actually cost 3x what my first condo cost) - it is a crap shot what you will be getting into.

Palmar del Sol

Does anyone know where I can find info on the condos called Palmar del Sol that are being built on 5th and 32?
There's no email or phone number to call, and I've checked every real estate website, I would REALLY appreciate any information.
Many thanks, have a great day !

There is no information about those condos, because they are beign sold directly by the owner, he told me that the real estate agency they just charge a lot of comission, and they do not help a lot.

I can give you the contact information if you are still interested.
send me a e-mail to: donbu7@yahoo.com
