Royal Porto-fruits & veggies
hello! i am going to the royal porto next month, in november. i haven't heard anything negative regarding the food there. however, just want to make sure it's safe to eat salads, fruits, etc. last year we went to cabo and spent the last 2 days there sick!! and it wasn't from drinking too much! just want to know in your opinion if we should avoid fruits and vegetables....thanks in advance

When we went to RPR I was careful because we only had a week in paradise and I didn't want to risk getting sick. I stayed away from the salads and fruits without skins but drank Miami Vices everyday and many of them! I stuck to the bottled water even at dinner and to brush my teeth. We also started taking acidophillus tablets prior to going and kept taking them until we got home. They are supposed to give you extra "good bacteria" in your intestines to help fight off the bad. We were just fine. RPR is an awesome resort and we had the best time.....so good we're going back and this time for 10 nights!
Enjoy! |
