Iberostar Tucan Wedding March 07
Hi Everyone! My name is jeri and i got a few questions about the IB Tucan. My fiance and I are getting married there in March 07'...... with about 30 guests or so...
I am wondering if there are any previous wedding pictures floating around out there. I would like to get an idea of what I am jumping into! I found some on travelocity, but not enough to statisfy my curosity! (I know I like the beach wedding choice over the jungle..) I am also interested in what people have to say about the restaurants. I haven't decided which one to have our dinner at yet, but I am leaning towards the tropical restaurant (the one by the beach). All I would like is for everyone to have a good time. Any pictures or advice would be deeply appreciated! I am so excited to get there!!!!! ![]() thank-you! |

I found this board extremely helpful when I was thinking about doing a Tucan wedding. If you do a board search I am SURE you will find pics and reports because it's a popular place.
No matter what I'm sure it'll be gorgeous!

That's exactly what I was going to say. We have had several brides/grooms who were married or planning a wedding at this hotel post their experiences so my suggestion would be to use the search function above and see what you come up with.

Where's Mofi when you need her? She was helping with weddings this past summer at the Tucan/Quetzel. She hasn't posted much recently. She's probably busy with school. You may want to send her an IM for some inside info.
We did see one wedding while we were there in Aug/Sept. Very nice. The tropical restaurant was good. But, the Italian was our favorite. Good luck MarkHNH |
