Well, we are back home to Texas after a glorious week in Playa. We had so much fun, rest, relaxation, tequila, sun, sand, etc, etc,....... The trip through the airport was a breeze- wish it was this easy all the time..... the rent car was easy to obtain, and well used. The info obtained on this site was lots of help. Whoever posted that info on the shrimp tacos at El Oasis should be shot- I think I gained 5 pounds there!! The margaritas, the food and the visit with Raul were delightful. The people here are just wonderful, and we hated to come home. We will return in May if not sooner....... Oh yeah, I was lying by the pool at the Grand mayan, and who do you think I might meet??? Nurse mandy and her pharmacist friend.... I hope they got home all right, the last time I saw them they were headed off on bikes with a beautiful man, and headed to the 5th street for some kind of midnight to 4 a.m. party......
