okay, but I'm not gonna throw any money in it... (it's really not that big of a deal... people always seem to find the time to do the things they enjoy doing, right? i just happen to have a sick penchant for outdoor decorations... wait til Christmas rolls around!!)

I have to admit that I am usually responsible for the outdoor lights around Christmas and last year I didn't quite make the time to do it. This year I am trying to find a company to hire and come and do it for me. No luck yet, but I won't let that stop me. I'm sure I will find some one and than it will just be a question of the cost. To understand why I would do this, just look at my signature.

JT and Char.... Those decorations are wonderful!!!
I usually just buy some big pumpkins to put near the stairway entrances around the house and one smaller one for my coffee table. A drunk tenant one year grabbed one of them and carved it up. She apologized later and replaced it. It's funny to see the little bite marks in the outside pumpkins as time goes on. Not sure which animals are munchin' on them!! Squirrels or chipmunks, I suspect. |

Great decorating!
We don't decorate the house at all for Hallowe'en! Just put one of those hanging ghostie things by the front door, and sometimes a carved pumpkin, to show we are giving out treats, that's it!If we had kids we would likely do more. |

Wow...great decorations
I took some pics of the outside....nothing scary...just lots of pumpkins...my corn stalk and straw....which will stay up through Thanksgiving.... ...I just replace the jack-o-lanterns with scarecrows and more mums..... ...I did find a new decoration this year....a spider.... and the kids love the witch that has flown into the pole. Inside I have some ceramic pumpkins and light up fiber optic ghosts and scarecrow and a Halloween tablecloth. Marissa on the front porch ![]() Notice the pumpkin cover over our porch light...I found these at a Halloween shop and thought they were really cool.... ...we have one over our light over the garage too.![]() All the pumpkins are yet to be carved...will do that this weekend and take some pics. ![]() My one spooky decoration... ![]() HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE!!!!
