Thanks for posting this pic Sarah. I was in PDC just before Wilma hit (we were fortunate to get evacuated on the 20th) and I wondered how all the construction projects along the highway fared. I remember this restaurant in particular because I love Chinese food and I thought it was cool a Chinese restaurant was opening up.

They have a drive thru also. This picture is pretty bad, but here they are anyway. I was happy to have Chinese again!
