Iberostar Maya rooms

We've had a sudden change in plans and will now be at the Maya instead of Tucan/Questal. Does anyone know which rooms at Iberostar Maya would be closest to the beach with perhaps an oceanview? Thanks for any help!!

We have had a change in plans and now will be staying at Iberostar Lindo. We would like to be in a room closer to the beach, oceanview, maybe with one of the private pools. Does anyone have any suggestions for room numbers? Also does anyone know their e-mail address so I could e-mail our request? You are all great at coming through with needed in

formation. Thanks for all your help!!!!!

I don't know room numbers but building 60 is closest to the beach, and depending on the exact room location in that building and also in building 61, you may be able to see the ocean. But no rooms are given the title of "ocean view" at this resort because I believe there are trees between the buildings and the beach area which would limit the view.

I merged the topic you posted on the General forum in with this one. But above you say you're at the IB* Maya and then say the Ib* Lindo. My answer was based on the Maya, not sure if you wrote Lindo by mistake.

Neither the Lindo or Maya have ocean view rooms.

Just curious- why are you changing from the T/Q to the Maya?

We have been to Tucan twice and got a deal with Maya, same price,

so we decided to try Maya. We have also been to Lindo, Del Mar and Cozemel. Obviously we love Iberostar. Have tried others but always go back to Iberostar.
