Info on ****** Suites Hotel or Hotel Santa Barbara?

Hello, I'm new to this forum, but it seems like a great place to gather info on PDC. Hoping to get some feedback on hotel choices. I'm planning a trip in February 2007 for 2 adults and a 5 year old child. Looking for a nice smaller hotel (beach front or in town near the beach) that allows kids and is between $100 and $200 a night. Unfortunately Playa Maya is booked and Lunata and a few others are adults only. I'm finding my options to be somewhat limited, but I did come across the ****** Suites--can't find much info online I assume because it is new. The original ****** doesn't appeal to me due to the noisy bar factor and we're wanting a more relaxed, subdued family vacation. I also came across the newer Hotel Santa Barbara but can't find feedback on it either.
Hoping that someone here has stayed at or knows someone who has stayed at either hotel and can offer some feedback.
Thanks in advance!

villas sacbe condos are behind the ****** and are very nice. a condo is a great option for families. las palmas condos are also supposed to be very nice and affordable and they're in a great part of town close to two great beach clubs.

You might consider our hotel, which is also located directly on the beach. Close to Playa Maya.

If you would like me to send you additional information, please send me a PM.
