I collect two thing. Nuns and Old Pategonian Pottery. We moved in August and I still don't have them out. Here are a couple pics of the Nuns.
Sister Mary Benevolent: ![]() Sister Mary Paul: ![]() Sister Mary Paprika: ![]() Sister Mary McCloud: ![]() I have always been fascinated by Nuns, a friend gave me the first one and it took off from there. My favorite is Nunzilla, I have changed her name to Sister Mary Spitfire. A wind up toy that walks and spits fire. Kind of says it all regarding the Nuns at my school.

I also collect fridge magnets from any destintaion we've been but my favorite thing to collect is Sea Glass from any beach. I just love all the colors you can find and it looks wonderful in glass vases and such all over my house.
I wonder if I'll find much in Playa?! |

. I would walk around the house with a black half slip on my head and my brother and I would play church and use Necco Wafers as the Host. My brother ended up getting kicked out of Catholic School in the second grade for pulling up a Nuns skirt. Needless to say, that didn't go over to well in our Irish/Italian catholic household. He was the talk of the neighborhood for years. This a neighborhood where every house had the same pictures on the wall....The Pope and JFK. Anyway, they don't make those nuns anymore. They are called Happy Habits and you can still get a few of them online. They also come in ornament size and I think those are still quite easy to find. Nunzilla is still available.

Also, I collect post cards. Friends/family also pick up post cards for me when they travel. I am planning on doing a border of post cards in our basement when it is finished. |
