Frankie - What is she?

Here's a new photo of my puppy, Frankie, at just over 4 months. Looking at her, what breed would you guess she is? I honestly only know that because of her purple and pink swirled tongue, that she is part Chow.

She looks a helluva lot cuter than the shepherd mix who had me cornered in my backyard about a week ago.
