Check out Microsoft's new MP3 player...they say its an I-Pod killer...
released today 11/14/06 @ $249
Zune Marketplace; You can sign up for a monthly sub. for $14.98 per month for unlimited downloads!!

pretty cool...also wifi enabled!! so you can sare with others around you and you can stream to an XBOX 360!!

I like the idea of the FM tuner. When I workout at the gym, I have to bring my Ipod to listen to the stuff I want to listen to and then I have to bring a small radio with an FM tuner on it so that I can tune into the t.v's at the gym.

I LOVE my IPOD, but would love to have the FM tuner feature.

All you need to know is one word about this product... Microsoft.

They push the release of products with known software and hardware bugs. Bugs that a product should not be released with. The Xbox 360 is a perfect example of why you should be very concerned about buying Microsoft hardware.

Nope! No iPod killer. They are WAY too late with this thing.
Windows = MacOS copy....
ZUNE = iPod copy
Microsoft can't even make stable software, let alone hardware. Never will buy the Zune.

It appears to be worth thinking about and its not dependant on Itunes which is imho totally cool!

No I have not held one yet..But have been reading about it..

Too late for Microsoft to compete with Apple. Brand/exposure and "cool factor" can not be challenged by Zune. Apple has something up in its sleeves for Christams...? New Touch-screen iPod video...? maybe
