I have heard people say similar things when traveling to Mexican resorts at prime Mexico holiday times like xmas or Easter....amazing.

But it's just a spoof article no?

Having been to many major cities I was surprised at the lack of diversity in Mexico City - it's totally dominated by latin americans.

London's at the other extreme - over 120 different nationalities and 300 languages can be found there, even Welsh, maybe Cornish too
