My mother and I are going in Feb 2006 and these I guess the ones that we are going with. I wanted to stay in town she wanted AI, so thats what we have to go with. So in choosing these 2 I wanted an AI close to town and that is obviously in our budget.

Can anyone tell me if they have been to either of these and what they thought, pros, and cons.
