The fitness center is really top notch. All new cybex machines, treadmills, bikes and eliptical trainers. I really think most of the rooms are alike from what we could see when doors were open. We were in 251 and had a water view. I would recommend tipping, it doesn't have to be much but your service will be much better. We didn't go to any of the organized events, we spent are evenings in Playa. But I heard from other people that they weren't that great.
