Tips on hotel choice for a first-timer!

Hi

Just planning first trip to yucatan for Jan 2007. Was wondering if anybody knew any hotels/resorts/lodges (of any quality/price) that has interesting wildlife - I've heard stories of encounters with wild coatis, kinkajous & howler monkeys in various resorts!

Any tips for a wildlife nut like me would be most appreciated

Dan

i'm not sure of the name but if you go to the locogringo website there's a small hotel that's located in the jungle on a spider monkey santcuary. it's close to tulum south of playa.
