Playa Cam

Hi guys......I want to say "sorry" in advance. I have spent a few minutes looking for what is probably listed a dozen times somewhere throughout the site, but I just can't find it.

I am heading down to Playa for 2 weeks in January and I was curious where exactly the Playa Cam is located.

I will be staying at the Riu Yucatan...is it anywhere near there?

Thanks in advance.

Now that you have this top secret information, it is required that you schedule and deliver BOTB's to the WebCam proximity.

Please use the search feature to determine the meaning of that or just read the last 3 pages of Webcam reports.

Another option is to scoot up to the "multi media" tab up at the top of the page. It will give you a complete rundown on all things about the beach webcam, like location etc. I think theres a click on "about the webcam" button under the picture.

Bump, your attached picture did not come through... [Uh oh, this is marginally being serious on my part]... Um, Bump, can you affirm the requirement I previous spelled out?

Sure freaks the waiters at Mamitas when I order 300 Coronas. I always belch afterwards. Must be the limes.

Black screen

Folks,
the webcam screen is black and stays that way for many days already. I wonder if the "make a donation" link at the bottom activates the camera.
Any ideas ?

What time of day do you normally check it? Right now, it's black because it's night time....go figure. I never look at it myself, so I don't know if there's a problem with it during daylight hours or not.
