We generally have Franks Xtra Red Hot. Good flavor without being "just hot"

Pussers West India
Iguana Gold
Texas Pete
Jump Up and Kiss Me Chipotle
Scorned Woman

I like flavor, and I like hot. e.g. Dave's Insanity is just too hot for me which destroys the flavor.

im with you-hot is fine -flavor is important.if the fire puts out the flavor then why bother!

I agree with you on the El Yucateco line of sauces, always some in my house. I use diff. sauces for diff. things: love traditional Tabasco on pizza, but do also like their new chipotle and habanero versions. Cholula is good on many things, especially potatoes. I like Valentina, also, on lots of stuff...popcorn, chicharrones. All healthy stuff, naturally.

i knew there were a bunch of "hot heads"on here!!

one of my favorites is (although not mexican)is "sriracha chile sauce".i believe it is a thai sauce.very flavorful, spicy but not blow your shorts off hot.great on everything.eggs, pizza mixed w/bbq sauces you name it.
says"tuong ot sriracha" w/a pic of a rooster on it YUM
